On February 21, the magazine show Dapat Alam Mo! and series The Penthouse surpassed the Kapamilya show that earned a 6.7% rating, ranking 7th in the chart.
The following day, even though its rating has improved to 6.9%, this was not enough to pull back the show to the top. It even dropped to a rank lower as Little Princess and G! Flicks climbed up the chart.
On February 23, The Broken Marriage Vow earned 6.4% and again dropped a rank lower than the previous day. Ang Lihim Ni Annasandra also surpassed the Kapamilya series.
The following day, it managed to snatch the 8th spot from Ang Lihim Ni Annasandra. It also improved its rating to 6.5%.
The week ended with The Broken Marriage Vow in the 8th spot with a 6.3% rating.
Speculations of the show’s slow-paced storyline, viewers were turned off.
During the said week, Lexi (Sue Ramirez) came back to the country after having her pregnancy aborted in the USA. With hopes of forgetting David (Zanjoe Marudo), she started her yoga school and avoided David as much as possible.
Meanwhile, Dr. Jill (Sta. Maria) faced a challenging chapter in her life as she got suspended from work due to fake accusations from paid trolls.
Enzo (Joem Bascon), her sidekick Diane’s (Jane Oineza) boyfriend sued Dr. Jill for alleged assault and trespassing.
Moreover, the high ratings of the GMA Network show like First Lady and Mano Po Legacy: The Family Fortune, even made it hard for The Broken Marriage Vow to score higher ratings.
In the coming days, the scenes in the Kapamilya series is expected to be more intense and heavy as Dr. Jill is up for an act of revenge.
