Paulo Avelino confessed he became the third party in a relationship.

They were asked if they have never been a third party in a relationship.
“So, kami ‘yung naging third party ‘no?” Avelino asked.
“Yes,” Alora Sasam confirmed the question.
Avelino then gave a thumbs down, implying he became the third party in a relationship.
“I have never. Si Paolo, yes,” Sasam stated.
He did not disclose any more details about his confession.
He also admitted that he fell in love with a co-star.
In 2006, Avelino dated Jewel Mische. In 2009, he was in a relationship with Jennica Garcia. In the same year, up to 2013, he dated LJ Reyes. From 2014 to 2015, he was in a relationship with KC Concepcion.
In 2017, Avelino confirmed his relationship with the Filipino-Australian model, Jodie Elizabeth Tarasek.
