Isla Sugbu Seafood City launched their grand opening at The Grand Convention Center of Cebu last February 24, 2016 with Kapamilya actor Jericho Rosales and Mylene Dizon to accept the challenge of the restaurant has prepared for them.
The Challenge:
Jericho and Mylene will be working with a chef and would be tagged as Yellow and Blue Team, each team has to prepare SuTuKil which means Sugba, Tuwa and Kilawin; a three different ways on how to cook mouth-watering food for 150 food diners in just one hour that will latter judge what team did better at cooking!
SuTuKil Dishes of Blue and Yellow Team:
Both celebrities grabbed the ingredients needed to Isla Sugbu’s very own restaurant market, then head off to the kitchen to start. Blue Team includes Mylene Dizon and Chef Atong that prepares Sugba na Salmon, Tuwa na Alimango, Pusit at Hopon and Kilaw na Isda.
While Yellow Team with Jericho and Chef Sheena prepares Sugba na Pusit, Tuwa na Hipon and Kilaw Isda.
The Ultimate Winner for Diners
After an hour of preparation, diners have decided which team deserves to win, it is nevertheless Mylen Dizon with Chef Atong. On top of three dishes the actress has prepared for the challenge, her Sugba na Salmon wins the heart of diners who happens to be the judges.
