Robin Padilla begged the bashers to be careful and humane in their social media posts regarding Kris Aquino’s present health condition.
On Friday, January 14, via a facebook, Padilla defended Aquino from her bashers.
“Bismillah.
Padilla asked the people to set aside their religious and political affiliations and be united in praying for the fast recovery of Aquino.
In shaa Allah,” he said.
On January 3, via an Instagram post, Aquino explained about her deteriorating health condition due to her autoimmune disease.
“From the last quarter of 2018, I’ve long known that my autoimmune conditions could only be treated but never cured. I have accepted the truth, many complications from having autoimmune may arise, especially because I am immunocompromised and we have been forced to live with a nearly two-year worldwide pandemic,” she captioned.
In an interview, Padilla admitted he first saw Aquino during the February 1986 People Power revolution. The former immediately fell in love with the latter.
In 1989, the two finally got to meet each other when the action star was invited as a TV guest for Kris at 18.
The love affair of Padilla and Aquino did not last long because of the many controversies that have circulated during their romance.
