What seemed to be Kim Chiu’s casual joke turned to be an insult for Vice Ganda. The latter has taken the former’s statements too personally.
On Reina ng Tahanan’s latest segment on It’s Showtime, a discussion of JS (Junior-Senior) Promenade surfaced when a contestant was noticed wearing a casual gown that resembles a high school girl’s attire on a prom night.
Kim Chui classified that the contestant belongs to the juniors’ category because she is wearing a blue gown.
“Kapag blue, juniors. Kapag seniors, ano?” Vice curiously asked Kim.
“Red. Ikaw, seniors ka,” Chiu said as she pointed Vice who was wearing a red dress.
“Halika rito. Pagsasamahin ko kayo ni Vhong [Navarro]. Tinuruan mo ‘to ‘no?” said Vice who lost his composure.
“Senior ka na raw ate oh,” Jugs jokingly added.
“Sa school lang. Sa school lang,” Teddy clarified.
“Oy, grabe Vhong, senior daw tayo,” Vice included Vhong in the joke.
Kim made everything clear when she explained that she was referring to the high school category of students.
Freshmen for first years, sophomores for second years, juniors for third years, and seniors for fourth years.
