British DJ, producer and artist Sigala joins forces with international pop icon Rita Ora on their collaborative new single ‘You For Me’ – released globally on July 2nd, 2021 via Ministry of Sound.
‘You For Me’ is an undeniable summer hit, co-written with Charli XCX and unleashed just in time to soundtrack the populations post-lockdown celebrations. The track, which features vocals from chart-topper Rita Ora, bears all the markings of a true Sigala classic with the pair creating euphoric dance- pop perfection, enhanced perfectly by Sigala’s buoyant blue-sky signature sound.

Both Sigala and Rita are renowned for their powerful collaborations and ‘You For Me’ sees them levelled perfectly together masterfully crafting one of the biggest pop moments of 2021.

‘You For Me’ serves as Sigala’s first release of the year, continuing on from the rapid success of ‘Lasting Lover’; a Top 10 hit from 2020 that featured James Arthur and written by Lewis Capaldi. ‘Lasting Lover’ was Sigala’s 8th UK Top 10 hit and peaked at #1 on the Radio Airplay Chart for 3x consecutive weeks. In America the track was a #1 dance song and Sigala’s biggest track to date at U.S Pop radio. It was also nominated for an iHeart Radio award and was the #1 airplay record in Australia. The single also saw Sigala and James celebrating the release with TV performances on Top of the Pops and Britain’s Got Talent.
The latest release teases more of what’s to come for Sigala as he continues to put the finishing touches to his highly anticipated sophomore album. This will follow on from the success of his debut ‘Brighter Days’, which was the highest charting dance debut album of 2018 – making it a BRIT certified breakthrough record with 136k+ sales in the UK alone.
‘You For Me’ builds on Rita’s growing discography as she released a banger-filled EP – coincidentally named ‘Bang’, in February this year. The record-breaking hitmaker is hoping to add to her 13 Top 10 hits – a feat held by no other British female in chart history to date.
