Netflix released the trailer of their original anime series on June 10.
The series’ setting in Manila and Kathryn Bernardo’s face on a MET billboard got spotted in the opening scene from the new Netflix original anime series–Trese.
Bernardo’s billboard and the famous fast-food chain Jollibee provided an authentic Manila setting for the animated series.

Trese is based on a Philippine horror comic of the same title which features the story of Alexandra Trese, an investigator who is on a quest to battle supernatural beings.
The Philippine folklore anime series premieres on Netflix on June 11, Saturday.
