The Boy Foretold by The Stars breakout actor Keann Johnson revealed how the 2020 Metro Manila Film Fest entry changed his life.
In the media conference for his launch as one of the Squad Plus members, Johnson said that he had to adjust several things in his life with the blessings that came with his starring role.
“It changed me in so many aspects. Let say from my personality to my very lifestyle.
“Syempre I had to adjust a lot of things after ‘The Boy Foretold’ came out because of syempre ang dami ding blessings na nag-flow in.”
Johnson also revealed he opted to have a break from his pursuing his degree in Biology at Our Lady of Fatima University to focus on his career as an actor.
“I took a hiatus from studying because, of course, I am focusing on itong bagong teleserye na pinaghahandaan namin. Tsaka yung sa series din ng The Boy Foretold.”
Johnson said that the most significant change he experienced is joining ABS-CBN.
“Besides that, the really/ big change that I really received from the Boy Foretold, and this whole shebang, was itong being a part of ABS. I think ito yung one of the biggest blessings I’ve had in life.”
Johnson then thanked Star Magic, ABS-CBN, and Dreamscape for the opportunity he received.
“Kasi syempre, without them, I wouldn’t be where I am right now. Kaya maraming maraming salamat po.”
Johnson, alongside Adrian Lindayag, both starred in Boys Love Film for the 2020 Metro Manila Film Fest, The Boy Foretold By The Stars.
He joins the third batch of Squad Plus, the Dreamscape Entertainment, and Star Magic teen barkada.
Other talents introduced in the event are Angelica Lao, Danica Ontengco, Renshi de Guzman, Margaux Montana, and Raven Rigor.
