Following this statement from Derek Ramsay, Andrea Torres posted a photo on Instagram with the caption, “Keep calm and let karma finish it.”
Is this Torres’s response to Ramsay’s explanation about their breakup?
After their controversial separation, he recently spoke about the story behind it.

He admitted that he regretted his breaking up with her over the phone instead of doing it personally.
“Hindi sa phone po namin, yun lang yung siguro, kung may regret ako, is that it came up over the phone. Actually, dapat magkikita kami noon, nangyari it came up over the phone.” he said.
Despite that, he assured that it was a mutual decision and no party was disrespected by their break-up.
“Pero with no disrespect hindi namin dinesrespect ang isa’t isa, she agreed to it also. Nag-ano nga ako kung pwede ko makausap yung tatay at kinausap ko din naman yung nanay.”
Ramsay also hinted that the possible reason behind their break-up is their different perspective on a certain issue. Just like before, Derek initiated the break-up and Andrea agreed.
Derek and Andrea developed from being a love team in the GMA Network series The Better Woman to a real-life couple. However, just after a year of being in a relationship, both called it quits in November last year.
Only a few months, Derek confirmed his relationship with Ellen Adarna and eventually proposed to the latter after two months of being in a relationship.
Meanwhile, Andrea said that she is not yet ready to be committed to another relationship.
