DDS propagandist Jam Magno is fond of canceling ’empowered women’ especially when their views contradict hers. Recently, Jam attacked Miss Universe Philippines 2020, Rabiya Mateo, for her stand about women leaders.
Now, she launched an attack on Liza Soberano, who expressed worries about the ordinary struggling citizens amid the pandemic.

Soberano sympathized with those poverty-stricken people and facing challenges to choose between dying from hunger or dying from the virus. She then asked why can’t the government provide for these people who badly need help.
My heart bleeds for all the people who cannot afford not to go out and work. They literally have to choose between dying of starvation or dying of covid. Is our country really this poor to no be able to provide stimulus?? Genuine question lang po.
— Liza Soberano (@lizasoberano) March 22, 2021
The young actress also pointed out that US citizens received two waves of stimulus from the government. They also offered free vaccination and testing.
America has received 2 rounds of stimulus already, waiting on the 3rd. Covid testing is free, vaccination is free. Where is the support for the poor in our country? Madali lang naman po mag stay at home if everyone has food on the table and money to pay the bills.
— Liza Soberano (@lizasoberano) March 22, 2021
These comments of Liza did not sit well with the DDS Jam. She then threw shades against the actress for her ‘honest-to-goodness question’ for the government.
Jam labeled Liza as the poster child of all ‘negatrons’ in the Philippines. But, she doubted if the actress truly knew the platforms for the poor because she doubted if Liza has ever been to a poverty-stricken community.
“With your pretty-ass face, I doubt that you are aware of what the programs are for the poor coz I doubt you’ve ever been to a poor community except to extend your own help but that’s not really helping, it’s gonna make you feel better about yourself,” Magno launched her first assault at Soberano.
She also hoped that Liza will not compare a third-world country like the Philippines to rich countries like the USA.
The pro-government ‘influencer’ also demanded Soberano to check on the current programs in her locality so she can get an answer to her question.
“How will find out for what is being done for the poor communities, when I actually don’t even think you can survive if you visit a poor community without bringing so much security and causing a ruckus, you know what’s a ruckus? That’s you and your opinions!” she further shot her bullet to the young Kapamilya actress.
“Trust me it’s not the poor who looks for the government, it’s the rich that has nothing good to say!” Jam reminded Liza.
Liza’s question is valid. She is asking for consideration on the poor people’s condition amid this pandemic.

Netizens went on to defend Liza from the propagandist.
@g.mak22 believes that Jam needs a taste of her own medicine.
She is labeling Liza as a ‘negatron’ where in fact, she has brought more negativity to social media.
This freaking Jam Magno loves to use the word "Negatron" without even realizing she's a negatron herself. STFU Jam Magno you are nothing compared to Liza Soberano. Don't penetrate facts Liza some dog who feels so entitled can't handle it. They are threatened.
— Mak__ (@makhernandez__) March 23, 2021
@nc_bleep also thought that Jam did not understand Liza’s main point.
Jam Magno attacking Liza Soberano on tiktok saying that Liza should look for the programs for the poor. I mean, I don't think she gets what Liza is ACTUALLY saying.

..does not mean they're rebelling and question the capabilities of the government. The worse thing kasi meron na tayong pre-conditioned emotion and thought sa mga taong nagvvoice out. I am not going against Jam Magno, and Im sorry sa mga naoffend, but again, think of the context

We all hope that everything is going to be handle well. We don't wish for the bad. We all have our opinions and I hope we respect one another para kahit in that way we fix kung anong kulang and we fill that up even when we disagree with one another.

@_IMKAYUMANGGI said that Jam contradicted Liza’s facts with her loyalty to the current administration.
Liza Soberano woke up and choose to say facts:
Meanwhile jam magno woke up hold her phone, do tiktok and again she choose to defend her beloved mfs Administration !!!
FUCKYOU jam magno !!!— )(:🧢¹¹³ (@_IMKAYUMANGGI) March 23, 2021
Not to forget the way on how Jam tried to speak fluently in English to sound smart. Her delivery may sound right but, the Netizens are not buying her ‘brand of noise.’
Jam Magno needs to get her head out of her ass because it’s not a hat. Bish wants to sound smart by speaking pristine English without giving any thoughts as to what Liza Soberano is trying to convey to the masses. I appreciate her efforts to sound smart, but we ain’t buyin’ it. pic.twitter.com/iLMzwOITC2

Liza spoke on behalf of the poor people who are voiceless and powerless in society. She may be privileged–she knew how to sympathize with them.

Liza Soberano using her platform and being vocal about government incompetence at the age of 23 is a major clapback that she's more than just a pretty face.
— andrei (@jullandreiii) March 23, 2021
Liza Soberano is trending because of her being empowered. While the other one is trending because of her being dumbshit. Jam Magno lang tanga. Maligno, Abno, Bobo. Mag-No tayo sa Jam parati, walang tasteee.
— HopewithHope | Liza S. Apologist (@RoverUniversal) March 23, 2021
Meanwhile, on the contrary, Liza is flooded with support coming from different personalities.
If you're all mad at @lizasoberano for comparing the Philippines to the US, let's now compare Philippines to our ASEAN neighbours: Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam.
Tell me, how are we doing? pic.twitter.com/HRpwk0VlWX

Your voice will help others gain the courage to speak out as well. Fear may be infectious but so too is courage. Thank you for your courage. For the sake of the voiceless, those who continue to be afraid, please do not tire of speaking out.
