Comedienne Pokwang forgives despite of unfortunate circumstances

Actress-host Pokwang took to her social media on Monday as if someone swindled over her.

Pokwang did not mention any name on her Twitter post but said she forgives him and no longer wants to get upset as it is exhausting from her end.

On the same post, she hoped everything that she worked hard for could help the family and fix one’s life.

“Pinatawad ko na lang! Ayoko na magalit nakakapagod siguro nga ay nagalaw na nila ang pera ko pero wala silang maipakitang gawa sa order ko sana makatulong sa pamilya niyo ang pera ko, pinagpaguran ko yan pero sige sa inyo nalang at sana maiayos nyo buhay nyo God bless!” @pokwang27 wrote on Twitter.

She also wrote related posts before that, as if she was hinting at someone.

“Ang sarap sa pakiramdam woohoo kesa makipag talo ka sa mga walang magawang tao sa social media, mas masaya yung i block sila woohooo napaka gaan ng pakiramdam try nyo hahahahaa as in wag kana mag aksaya na sagutin sila!! I-block mo agad agaaaddd napaka saya sa feelings,” tweeted @pokwang27 on 19 February.

“Woohooo mabait akong tao sinusuportahan ko maliliit na negosyo kagaya ko na nagsisimula pa lang, pero kapag niloloko nyo ako aba e see you po sa Raffy Tulfo in action! naghahanap buhay din ako at nagbibigay ng hanap buhay kaya wag kayong abusado… mga tao nga naman woohoo,” @pokwang27 tweeted on 16 February.

After posting, followers showed their support including her celebrity friend, K Brosas.

“haaay.. ang dami talagang abusado bff.. ako malapit na rin akong mag vlog about jan chossss.. labyu at mishu!” @kbrosas

Pokwang immediately replied to her friend’s tweet,  “hayaan muna natin ang mga ganyang tao bff may kalalagyan sila kay miss Karma hahahahaha”

Twitter user @GailOrente sent her support to Pokwang saying, “Mamang tandaan mo Di magwawagi ang kasamaan hintay lang si Aling karmi parating na at Kung ano man nawala SAYO balik nian sampung beses na grasya”

According to @erg9161, “Bait mo naman ms pokie kaya super blessed ka at family mo Stay safe. God bless”

She was also praised by her nun follower @SisterPiningG, where she said, “Babalik din sa iyo ang nawala sa ibang paraan tama yan ipaubaya na lang and magdasal”

Meanwhile, Pokwang shared on her Instagram page a photo of the Antipolo Church with a rainbow on its background.

She took the photo on Monday morning and shared that she frequently goes to the church to ask for forgiveness and pray for her desires in life.

Pokwang wrote on her caption, “1980 from pasig lumipat kami sa Antipolo, dito namin naranasan ang buhay na kahit mahirap nakakaraos dahil sa pagsisikap. Ang simbahan ng Antipolo ang araw araw na saksi sa aking pagiging makulit ngunit puno ng pangarap na batang paslit, minsan umiiyak ako sa mahal na birhen at nagtatanong ng mga katanungan na bilang isang bata ay bakit ang aga kong danasin ang hirap? ngunit dito ko rin nakuha sa bayan ng antipolo ang kasagutan ng mahal na birhen. sabi nya, anak hindi kita pinahihirapan, pinapatapang lang kita at pinapatatag sa mga darating na agos ng buhay dito sa lugar na ito ako naging ina, at nawalan ng anak, at nang matiising nanay madalas ako nasa harap ng simbahan na ito para mangulit na bilhan ako ng ticket ng sweepstakes, suman at kasoy, sampaguita, etc. masaya, malungkot pero makulay ang buhay, kasing kulay ng bahag haring ito isang paalala na ‘wag mawalan ng pag-asa basta naniniwala ka sa kanya. #proudAntipolleÃąoAko,” @itspokwang27 on Instagram

She recalled the experiences she had back then that the church of Antipolo had also witnessed.

We know about the comedienne’s life, how she worked hard and raised her own family. It wasn’t easy for her to go through show business and to be known as Pokwang.

Pokwang faithfully believes that God did not abandon her despite the continuous pandemic and ABS-CBN’s shut down, which caused many jobs lost.

For a few months, she was offered a hosting job on TV5, and because she was frugal with money, she was able to save her earnings from the show.

Pokwang is co-hosting a new game show, Fill in the Banks, with Jose Manalo, created by Mike Tuviera’s APT Entertainment.

As a mother of two girls, Pokwang with her husband Lee O’Brian focused on their home-based food business, PokLee Food products during ECQ. Part of their product line counted gourmet tuyo, laing, tinapa, garlic aligue, sili garlic aligue and strawberry jam, to name a few.

During lockdown, she also helped people who are greatly affected by the ECQ and gave food to frontliners.

Not long ago, she was introduced as the ambassador of RD Pawnshop.

In fact, her vacation house in Bataan is still in progress.
