Actor Kit Thompson doesn’t like the idea of dating older women, and he means–way older women.
In a recent YouTube vlog of Kapamilya actress Erich Gonzales where Kit was the guest, they played a game called ‘jojowain o totropahin.’
Erich would name a certain actress and Kit would choose whether he would date her or simply choose to be friends with her.
In the list, Erich included actress Agot Isidro. When she asked Kit if he would like to date Agot, the actor responded with, “Grabe ka naman! Ganun ka-tanda?!”
Dating women who have a wider age gap than Kit does not sit well with him.
However, when he was asked if he would go out with actress Janice de Belen, he responded, “Pero kung si Janice de Belen, 10 years ago, pwede pa.”
Even so, Kit played roles where his character is in love with a much older woman. In the movie Belle Douleur, he was the leading man of Mylene Dizon, who played a 45-year-old single woman who got her life entangled when 25-year-old Josh (Kit).
Based on the movie, the chemistry between Dizon and Thompson was dubbed as ‘sizzling’ by film critics. Thus, it is surprising that the actor, who is extremely good at doing a steaming romance movie with an older woman, has no interest in dating a senior woman.
