In an exclusive interview, Pinoy Big Brother: Connect housemate Mika Pajares said she wants to break the stigma on single moms.
She said that people stereotyped her as some who is to close with the male housemates.
“Tapos na stereotype din ako as this type of housemate na medyo madikit sa guys,” Ganyan, said Mika.
Then, she highlighted the stigma she felt about her being a single mom. Mika then noted the assumptions that she found from people of the outside world.
“Kasi for me, parang napush yung stigma towards single moms. Tapos dapat iniisip mo lagi yung anak mo, ganon,” said Mika.
After that, she said she wants to erase the stigma against her fellow single mothers out there. She also highlighted that she loves her daughter and that she joined PBB: Connect for her.
Mika is the third evictee from the latest season of the Pinoy Big Brother Franchise from ABS-CBN.
