Pinoy Big Brother: Connect’s Courageous Cabalen of Pampanga Justin Dizon received backlash for mocking Jie-Ann.
In the recorded video which went viral, Justin can be heard bullying the Kwelang Fangirl of Sarangani Jie-Ann Armero.
Justin bullied Jie-Ann for not taking a bath and their conversation ended with Justin saying, “Really? Sabagay, marumi ka nga pala.”
Netizens were disappointed with Justin and slammed the housemate’s rude behavior towards Jie-Ann.
Miss Trans Global Mela Habijan and Macoy Dubs also expressed their disappointment with Justin, who is also a member of the LGBTQ+.

I just saw the footage of Justin Dizon discriminating Jie-An for not taking a bath.

A netizen who claims to be a friend of Justin assured that he won’t tolerate his behavior and wishes that he’ll learn life lessons in the PBB house.
As a friend, i don’t tolerate this kind of behavior from him. I just hope he learns some good life lessons inside that house. https://t.co/Ojn9tscXG3

Netizens also questioned how Kuya dealt with the situation when he asked Justin to teach Jie-Ann how to take a bath. According to them, Jie-Ann lacks resources, not knowledge.

PBB HOW LOW CAN YOU GO?
It’s the lack of access to clean water na unfortunately nangyayari pa din ngayon!! https://t.co/Et5UbwhXjU

Aside from Justin’s rudeness, netizens are more concerned about the scarcity of water in Sarangani. They even point out Manny and Jinkee Pacquiao’s irresponsibility as officials of the province where they served as a Congressman and Vice-Governor, respectively.
Pacquiao’s credibility as an official was more questioned since he is supposedly planning to run for the presidency in 2022. What can he do for the Philippines if he can’t even cater to the basic needs of his people?
Walang. Tubig. Sa. Saranagani.
Why is there, in 2020, places where there is no access to water? A basic right and necessity.
Pacquiao is going to run for president, this is a glimpse of our future with him. No. https://t.co/LC089SW9SN

Anyway, going back to Sarangani.
Why does the area where Jie-Ann lives not have enough water supply?

#ipokrito
oo pera niya personal yon. Pero gets nyo naman siguro point ko no? https://t.co/SLpixYAyMC— simply_clinton (@Simply_Clinton) December 17, 2020
Meanwhile, Justin already sked for forgiveness to fellow housemate Jie-Ann, “If ever you felt offended with those jokes, I wanna say sorry for saying those jokes to you ’cause they were insensitive. I’ll try to be more sensitive.”
