With the start of the long-awaited new season of Pinoy Big Brother, aspiring housemates have been vying to get the spot as one of PBB: Connect’s official housemates.
One of these is the funny and sassy social media influencer Sassa Gurl.
Known for hilarious skits and viral social commentary videos, a lot of netizens hoped that Sassa would get one of the coveted spots. However, Sassa might get the boot with the recent message from the KUMU team. Does it mean Sassa has been disqualified?
Firstly, in Sassa’s Twitter account, the influencer posted a message from KUMU. It served as a warning to the influencer after a report from one of the viewers of Sassa’s KUMU live stream.
Sassa gurl then joked with the photo caption, “Feel ko talaga matatangal ako sa audition process na to,” referencing the influencer’s audition for PBB: Connect.”

In another post, Sassa joked about not being a fan of the KUMU app. Then, Sassa also joked about how it could cause disqualification.
Thankfully, it seems Sassa is still in the running since the influencer’s name is still on the list of Aspiring Housemates.

PBB revealed 12 official housemates of the newest season of the reality show this December 6, 2020. Additionally, there are three official housemates currently completing their 14-day quarantine period.
Additionally, PBB announced three more spots selected from 117 aspiring housemates via the KUMU app. The viewers will select the three housemates from the KUMU app. Then, viewers can send diamonds to aspiring housemates during their live streams.
Aspiring housemates will undergo three phases. Then, when there are nine aspiring housemates left in the competition, PBB groups them into three. After that, the one with the highest diamonds from each group becomes an official PBB housemate.
