Child actor Kenken Nuyad has been seeking help online as Typhoon Ulysses battered his residence in Rodriguez, Rizal on November 12.
The typhoon caused power outages and widespread flooding which reached the roofs of most houses.
On his Facebook account, Nuyad shared the troubles he went through and pleaded for help.
He wrote, “O my brownout na Keep safe everyone Papa GOD’S.”
“November 12, ito ang FB post ni Kenken, “Tulungan nyo po kami hanggang bubong na po ang baha Dto sa amin [4 crying emojis].”
“Plsss please nagmamakaawa po ako sa inyo tulungan nyo po kami wala papong rescue plsss Blk 12 phase 1k kasiglahan San Jose Rodriguez Rizal Kenken Nuyad po.”
“Kanina pa po kami tumatawag ng rescue, hanggang sa humupa na lang po, wala po.
“Kaya po hindi na ata kailangan ng rescue kasi humupa na po, puro putik na lang po.”

In a Facebook Live, the young star showed how the typhoon devastated their house. He also asked for food, clothes, and aid for his injuries.
“Probema namin po ngayon, wala po kaming pagkain po, kasi di kami nakapag-ready po.
“Wala po kaming damit kasi di namin akalain na uulan nang ganun kalakas po. Kaya po lahat ng damit namin na-wash out po.”
“Nasugatan po ako kanina kasi po na-shoot ako sa kanal,” he said while showing his wound.
Hindi po ako makatulog ang lakas ng hangin papa GOD please po wag MO kaming pababayaan ang mga kababayan ko

In a update on November 13, Nuyad expressed his fears as the strong winds persisted in his town.
He also prayed for the safety of his fellow Filipinos who are affected by the typhoon and flood.
His posts were broadcasted on GMA Network and have called out the attention of many social media users.
According to PAGASA, Typhoon Ulysses is expected to leave the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) on Friday morning.
Nuyad recently promoted his short film with Teri Onor, Biyaheng Madilim which is written and directed by Louie Ignacio. It is one of the films selected for the international film fest Manhattan Virtual Events 2020.
