Kapuso star Marian Rivera revealed that she was supposed to have 3 movies and a TV series for 2020 but were postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The actress made the revelation in an interview with the press for ‘Tadhana’s’ third anniversary on Friday, November 6 where she admitted that the postponed projects were such a waste.
Sayang,” she said.
She mentioned her series ‘First Yaya’ saying that it was a waste that she wasn’t able to do it. But she said that doing TV projects is a challenge especially since the country is amid the pandemic.
She also mentioned that she was still thankful that she was able to shoot for her drama anthology show called ‘Tadhana’ in the comforts of her home.
Marian mentioned that her latest projects include a theater play and endorsements.
“Meron po akong ginawa sa Teatro po sa Ateneo ang ‘Oedipus Rex,’” she said.
“As of now, ‘yun muna po at tsaka pag-shoot po siguro ng mga endorsements,” she added.
When asked about details on when she will become active in TV shows and movies again, the actress said that she can’t give out absolute details yet because of the pandemic.
She said that she is waiting for everything to be back to normal so that she can do more projects in the future.
She noted that she will slowly take on her projects amid the challenges of filming due to the pandemic.
“‘Yun muna po ako. Gradual. One at a time muna po,” she stated.
