At the online press conference for his digital concert, actor-singer Daniel Padilla admitted that he felt mentally stressed because of the pandemic and ABS-CBN’s shutdown.
He first started off by saying that he knows the value of mental health because he felt mentally stressed.
“Ako kaya alam ko yung mental health dahil alam ko yung feeling eh. Ako kasi nagkaroon ako ng time nung pandemic na medyo stressed ako mentally,” said Daniel.
He also noted the pandemic and what happened with ABS-CBN.
“Parang di ako sanay nung ganon, di ba parang anong gagawin natin ngayon. Syempre naapektuhan ka nung lahat ng nangyayari di ba pandemic, tas yung nangyari sa ABS,” said Daniel.
Then, he said that he dealt with this mental stress by focusing on positivity.
“Parang nanalo ang kasamaan ba’t ganito di ba? So you know ang ginawa na lang natin is, yes nanjan yung kasamaan pero kailangan natin tong kumbaga sabuyan ng positivity para mga tao,” Daniel continued.
With that, Daniel noted ABS-CBN’s return to free TV. He also highlighted that everyone in the network should work on rebuilding ABS-CBN.
“And now, I think there’s news na babalik na tayo, that’s good. Tayo ngayon ang trabahuhin natin di ba na mabuhay muli ang ABS-CBN,” said Daniel.
