There have been a lot of buzz in the internet recently, with a video of a girl, giving recipe tips on how to make “pastillas” which is actually a satire about her, being cheated by her ex-boyfriend.
The video went viral and got the attention on mainstream television. The girl was Angelica Jane Yap, and she was invited to appear on the noontime show “It’s Showtime” to share why she created the video. She has been given the alias “Pastillas Girl”.
Here is the video:
After the video went viral, a girl named Miel Francisco, is also claiming as the original author of the satirical “pastillas” recipe.
Here’s her reaction about the viral video:
Miel even posted a screenshot from her phone, a transcript of the said recipe.
The “Pastillas Girl”, Angelica Jane Yap, although did not claim any credits on the said recipe, has posted a disclaimer in a Facebook post on why she created the video, using the recipe:
Although Angelica or “Pastillas Girl” has already made a statement of disclaimer, you can see a post/re-share by Miel Francisco, with a taunting comment, about allowing other people to credit on owning (according to her) her own recipe, because she already got used in losing something (or people).
But with a span of just 5 days, netizens have discovered that it is not even Miel Francisco, as the original author of the recipe. The allegedly original Pastillas Girl, which everyone is searching for is actually a “Pastillas Boy”!
