Karylle gamely greeted her ex-boyfriend Dingdong Dantes on It’s Showtime.
During the noontime show’s Mas Testing segment, Karylle was given a fun-ishment to greet her ex on national television.
While she tried hard to evade her fun-ishment and said she doesn’t want to get bashed, Karylle eventually gave in and greeted her ex-boyfriend Dingdong Dantes on TV.
“Kinakabahan ako. Baka ma-bash ako mamaya,” said Karylle.
“Actually, madali lang yung ‘Hi!’ Yung mahirap, yung iba-bash ako mamaya,” she added.
Although Vice Ganda insisted and encouraged her, saying it was just a game, Karylle remained hesitant to do the fun-ishment.
“Hi lang naman ito. This is just a game. Huwag niyo seseryosohin. Ang may gusto po nito ay yung gumawa ng game. Walang kinalaman si Karylle dito, so wala siyang choice,” said Vice.
That’s why instead of greeting the Kapuso actor, she greeted another ex by the name of Mark.
“Hi, Mark! Kumusta? Sana okay ka.”
After that, Karylle was finally relieved and said that she’s now ready to greet anyone.
“Kaya ko na! Kasi na-warm up na ako. I’m ready for anything now. Ready na ako kahit sinong hello, tawagan natin, whatever,” Karylle responded.
That’s why when Karylle made a wrong answer again and was forced her to go to another fun-ishment she did not hesitate to give in to what Vice and the other co-host wanted to hear.
While doing the other fun-ishment which is to cut her hair, Karylle finally greeted Dingdong who just celebrated his 40th birthday.
“Hi to my ex! Kumusta kayo diyan?”
“Hi, Sixto. Belated happy birthday,” Karylle said.
Vice couldn’t help but react to what Karylle did saying, “Taray! Brave girl!”.Â
Karylle then replied asking if Vice if he’s already happy.
“Happy ka na, Vice?!” Karylle asked.
The two also clarified that they are friends with Dingdong.
“Friend naman natin sila,” said Vice.
“Oo, friend natin sila,” Karylle agreed.
