Actress Janice de Belen is no longer a member of the Iglesia ni Cristo (INC), according to “Startalk” host Lolit Solis in a Philstar.com report.
The 46-year-old-actress also has no cameo in “Felix Manalo”, the upcoming film bio of the INC founder and first executive minister.
This could explain why the “Oh My G!” actress kept mum about the recent INC controversy, unlike co-celebrities Gladys Reyes and husband Christopher Roxas who both spoke about the issue in their respective social media accounts.
De Belen’s celebrity cooking show “Spoon” in Net25, the INC television network, was cancelled earlier.
The TV show’s last post on its social media account was made on April 13, 2015. Too bad loyal viewers can no longer watch the cooking demos of De Belen’s celebrity guests.
