Recently, Angel Locsin reacted to the announcement that the Philippine government won’t be conducting mass testing for the COVID-19 outbreak.
The actress retweeted CNN Philippines’ tweet about Pres. Spokesperson Harry Roque saying the government has no plans for mass testing, “Misquote lang ba to?

Somehow her tweet was misinterpreted so she clarified that it was her reaction on the said CNN post and not on the term ‘expanded targeted testing’ that Presidential Harry Roque said.
“This (right) is not my reaction regarding mass/E.targeted testing sa bansa. This is my reaction towards this post.

But then Angel asked what term should really be used since it misleads people like her as to what testing should be done.
Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque lost his temper when he said he was misinterpreted on what he said about the government’s plan on mass testing.
The president’s spokesman was visibly angry as he berated CNN Philippines reporter Triciah Terada for a story about his comment on mass testing.
He said he had to call Terada out for misinterpretation of what he said about the government’s proposal for mass testing. (Terada was not the journalist who wrote the said article)
“But again, I have to say it ano..I cannot do my job without….Sabi nang lahat wag ko na daw pansinin Trish no. Hindi, I have to call you out, kita mo naman yung naging resulta ng inyong reporting at ikaw lang ang nagreport na ganyan. Buti sana kung lahat ng Malacanang press corps, nagreport ng ganyan, I would say ako nagkamali, pero you took my statements out of context. Nagpanic ang publiko.”
