Ellen Adarna neither confirmed nor denied her separation with John Lloyd Cruz but she recently has set the record straight about the current status of her love life.
In a telephone interview with DJ Mo Twister on “Good Times with Mo” last April 3, Adarna revealed that she’s in a long-distance relationship with a man she refused to name.
“Yes, I am dating someone right now. He’s from Spain. Afam,” she said.
“It’s a long-distance relationship,” she shared and added, “It actually works well for me because I have to spend time with my son. It works well for me. I’m not hassled at all.”
Even though the 32-year-old actress and model did not reveal her lover’s name, her followers soon figured out who he was.
It can be recalled that Adarna’s Instagram account created a huge buzz online after posting several photos of her getaway with friends in Spain.
One thing that netizens noticed were her photos being sweet with a foreigner guy.
One of her posted photos shows her in a sweet embrace with a man whom she tagged as Carlos Lemus.
The actress tagged the same guy in a photo where the two lovebirds can be seen with their backs to the camera.

Adarna was last linked to Kapamilya actor John Lloyd Cruz with whom she has a son. Their whirlwind romance started when they co-starred in the sitcom “Home Sweetie Home.”
They both took hiatus from showbiz in 2018 to focus on their relationship and Adarna’s pregnancy. However, their love story seemed to end earlier.
