When the NBI Anti-Graft Division summoned Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto to explain his ‘supposed’ violation in regards to the Bayanihan to Heal as One Act (BAHO), Kapamilya host Luis Manzano was confused and posted so on Twitter.
Luis stated that the Bayanihan to Heal as One Act was not yet signed when Vico allowed tricycle drivers to operate, which was the offense that was being raised against him.
However, Vico fully complied with the ban on March 19, 2020, days before the BAHO act was implemented.

This was enough for bashers to swoop in and call him “dilawan”.
As per Luis, everyone has the right to express their opinion, regardless if you are an educated person or not. He even asked a netizen which part of his tweets were related to politics, as he only posted his confusion regarding the NBI and Vico issue.
