Kapuso stars encourage every patient to be honest when indicating necessary information to health workers, due to the young cardiologist in the Philippine Heart Center who died last Saturday because a patient lied about his travel history.
Descendants of the Sun actor Jon Lucas posted on his Instagram stating the importance of honesty with health workers, as this is necessary to prevent COVID-19 from spreading. Jon said:

Meanwhile, Magkaagaw veteran actress Sheryl Cruz said that lying will not help to ease the current status of our nation. Keeping information from health workers will not help contain COVID-19.
Furthermore, Sheryl also emphasized that aside from the COVID-19 patients, being honest will help to save the lives of the doctors, nurses, and other frontliners who are risking their lives to save others in times of crisis due to the coronavirus.
