After the success of “Bakit Hindi Ka Crush ng Crush Mo” at the box office, Star Cinema once again ventures in a story from a famous book, this time by Angel Bautista. Titled “Once A Princess,” this movie will be will be Enchong Dee and Erich Gonzales’s reunion movie after their love team hit the big screen for the first time in 2010’s “I Do.”
Here’s the story of “Once a Princess”:
Once upon a time, there was a princess who could not live happily ever after…
May hindi magandang ginawa si Erin Almeda, ang isa sa mga prinsesa ng Gibbons International School kung saan ang clique na kinabibilangan niya ay ang pinakapopular at pinakatinitingala. She played with the innocent heart of their class geek, Leonard Jamieson.
Seven years later, nagtagpo uli ang mga landas nila ni Leonard. It seemed their roles had been reversed. Sa fairy tale man o sa real life, palaging may kapalit na curse ang paggawa ng masama.
And so Erin needed to find the magic that will lift that curse. Or she will die of heartache soon…
Enchong will be playing the role of the class geek who will eventually turn out to be a successful scientist while Erich, on the other hand, will take on the role of a ‘princess,’ who played around with Leonard’s heart when they were younger.
A production of Star Cinema and Skylight Films, “Once A Princess” is directed by the award-winning Laurice Guillen, to hit theaters in March.
