Kisses Delavin recently made headlines on social media after getting involved in a condo issue with Lorna Tolentino’s son Rap Fernandez.
The issue came up after entertainment news writer Lolit Solis expressed her anger towards Kisses through a lengthy Instagram post. According to her, Kisses neglected her responsibilities with the condo unit she had previously rented from Rap.
She narrated that the water valve in the condo unit exploded during Kisses’ stay there and it caused damages to the condominium elevator. But Lolit said she was disappointed that Rap had to pay for the damages, which exceeded the deposit given to him by the young actress.
Part of her statement went, “Siyempre umalis sila Kisses, so ang siningil ng management sa repairs si Rap na okay lang dahil meron naman deposit sila Kisses. Ang problema, iyon deposito stop payment na so ang laki ng abono ni Rap, eh ayaw na sagutin nila Kisses ang tawag sa phone para ma-clear sana ang mga dapat na obligasyon. Ayaw ko naman si Rams David ang singilin ni Rap, so sana mabasa ito nila Kisses Delavin para magkaayos sila sa mga dapat ayusin. Mabuti na iyon, para pag nagkita sila ni Lorna Tolentino hindi ang kontrabida na si Lily ang maging peg kundi ang grandslam queen na si LT, hah hah joke joke.”

Lolit then later revealed that Kisses’ new talent manager from Triple A, Rams David, together with her mother Carrie reached out to Fernandez and scheduled a meeting to settle things down.
Lolit wrote,”Naku nag-reach out na si Rams David Salve, ang bagong management ni Kisses Delavin. Mag-uusap na sila ni Rap Fernandez tungkol sa mga issue at ano pang dapat pag-usapan.”
“Makikipag-meeting na si Carrie, ang mother ni Kisses para i clear ang mga bagay-bagay.”

In earlier reports, Ricky Lo released Kisses’ side of the story regarding the condo unit issue. He said that the young actress was just a victim of the “flooding” incident.
Earlier this month, the former Pinoy Big Brother Lucky 7 finalist shocked her fans as she left Star Magic and signed up with All Access to Artists Incorporated (Triple A) management. Many have concluded that she will soon become an official Kapuso after her move. According to Kisses, the decision was a personal one because she wanted to explore more.
