The Isa Pa With Feelings film helped Maine Mendoza and Carlo Aquino become comfortable with each other, which is why their chemistry can be seen even in its official trailer.
During the media conference last Monday, September 30, 2019, Carlo and Maine keep on teasing each other, calling their friendship a “love-hate relationship.” CarMaine also assured people that there is nothing to worry about each time they poke fun at each other.
She said: “Kumportable na po kami sa isa’t isa to the point na naglolokohan kami sa set. Sobrang nagbibiruan na minsan hindi mo alam kung napipikon na ba yung isa.”

Then Maine admitted that Carlo does not intimidate her since he’s easy to get along with. “Kasi you’re very easy to get along with naman talaga. At wala kang dating.. I mean hindi siya intimidating.”
Furthermore, Maine praised Carlo for being friendly and accommodating even though he’s been in the industry for a long time.
“Sobrang dali niyang i-approach. Very friendly and accommodating. Parang hindi ka mahirap i-approach, hindi mahirap i-joke siya.N atatawa naman siya, kumbaga walang ere.”
