- GMA Network remained silent about the ratings of Beatiful Justice‘s pilot week
- Beautiful Justice is the 15th rival of FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano
- It premiered last September 9 in the primetime block
On Monday, September 9, Kapuso teledrama Beautiful Justice premiered on primetime going head to head with highly successful Kapamilya action-drama teleserye FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano.
The newest Kapuso series tells the story of three women who joined forces to seek justice for the death of their loved ones. The series stars Bea Binene, Gabbi Garcia, Yasmien Kurdi, Derrick Monasterio, Gil Cuerva, Bing Loyzaga, Valeen Montenegro, and Victor Neri.
Beautiful Justice is GMA Network’s 15th series going up against Coco Martin’s FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano which has remained undefeated during its four-year run on television.
However, GMA Network has remained unusually silent about the ratings of Beautiful Justice‘s pilot week. Reports from its trusted ratings provider, NUTAM, are not yet available as of this writing.
According to the data from Kantar Media, the pilot episode of Beautiful Justice registered at 17.2 percent which was far behind FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano‘s national TV rating of 36.0 percent.
With this low rating, Beautiful Justice might get axed soon if the series continues to perform poorly in the ratings game.
The premiere week of Beautiful Justice showed the peaceful lives of its three main characters which was later ruined in one day. Alice (Yasmien Kurdi) is a devoted housewife to Ronnie (Gabby Eigenmann), a PDEA agent who left law school.
While Brie (Gabbi Garcia) is a social media influencer who just got engaged to her boyfriend, Lance (Derrick Monasterio). Kitkat (Bea Binene) works at a parlor. Her problematic brother, Dennis, got involved in drugs and was caught by the PDEA. Ronnie’s life with PDEA team was endangered because of their subject was aware of their plans during the operation.
After the failed mission, Alice and Kitkat’s hearts were then filled with bitterness and sadness upon seeing the dead bodies of their loved ones. This led them to form a group with Brie, whose fiance died in a supposed accident, and seek justice for their dead loved ones.
