The Unkabogable star Vice Ganda and Kuya Escort Ion Perez previously made the online world abuzz, after a series of their captured moments from an upcoming ‘Gandang Gabi Vice’ episode was vastly shared. In those disclosures, it made netizens ecstatic as audiences from the show declared that Vice and Ion finally revealed their true status.
With much curiosity and excitement, netizens can’t wait but look forward to the upcoming episode.
Finally, on March 31, the GGV episode has been aired. It showed Vice guesting Charo Santos and Bea Alonzo to promote their upcoming horror film ‘Eerie.’ And as the scene was supposed to be centered on them, it changed when a special appearance from Jackque Gonzaga and Ion Perez was made to surprise the host. But the surprise was not just made for Vice, everyone in the show were also surprised by the sweet revelation that Ion did.
Along with the excitement, the show also exceeded in the TV ratings based on the Kantar Media National TV Ratings. On the national results, the show earned a total percentage of 14.4 views as compared to its rival series ‘The Boobay and Tekla Show’ which only earned a total of 7.3 percent, making at least an average of 7.1 percent score difference.
In the rural areas, it gained total views of 19 percent versus the 8.6 percent of its rival show, and in the urban areas, it gained a total percentage of 9.7 versus the 5.9 percent of its rival.
Lastly, in the mega and metro areas, it earned total percentages of 20.7 and 25 views respectively as against its rival series which earned total percentages of 9.6 and 9.8 views.

The moment actually happened after Ion was asked about his fears, he then answered that his only fear is ending his relationship with Vice.
“Ako po, kinakatakutan ko na matapos kung anong meron kami.”
Ion expressing this still left the audience hanging, so he was again asked what kind of relationship is he referring to, he replied with all honesty that Vice is special to him.
“Ano bang meron kayo?”
“Ano po, special po siya sa akin.”
This made the audience shriek in excitement, as they expressed their happiness for the two. However, Vice after hearing the audience’s reaction quickly dismissed the statement by making it a joke.
“Joke! Jino-joke lang namin kayo, hindi ‘yun totoo. Jino-joke lang namin kayo.”
Despite Vice taking Ion’s confession humorously, many of his followers believed that they are still meant for each other.
