Benjamin Alves will celebrate his 25th birthday on Monday, March 31. But before this special day of his life, together with GMA Artist Center, Benjamin held an early celebration of his birthday with the residents of Tahanang Walang Hagdanan in Cainta, Rizal.
I so much admire Benjamin! I can’t deny it! benjamin is not just another eyecandy celebrity out there, upon knowing him better, I found out that he’s richly blessed with such extraordinary intellect to compliment well with his alluring countenance.
Anyways, this celebration at Tahanang Walang Hagdanan was personally chosen by Benjamin. When asked why at here, he simply said that he’s an athlete and he appreciate and thankful to the Lord that He has given him a complete upper and lower extremities. Benjamin’s a little emotional even when he just entered the hall where some of persons with disabilities (PWD) is waiting for him together with some Bloggers and GMA Artist Center staff. He adored these PWDs that despite their condition, they can still manage to smile and show to everyone that they’re okay, just normal people who can work and build a family. Even I can’t contain my feelings for I cried a little because I wa stouched by these inspiring people.
Aside from celebrating his birthday with the PWDs, giving smile, playing basketball with the players, he also donated wheelchairs and cash, handed to their leader. Unlike any other celebrities, he even toured around the vicinity to see the facilities inside this institution.
His parents must have been extra proud and blessed for having an adorable, intelligent and very kind son like him. Happy birthday Ben!
