(TLDCI) is again taking a step further in digital transformation and customer service, with the introduction of the revolutionary auto-agent chatbot. This makes TLDCI the first homegrown hotel group in the country to utilize on-page AI technology as part of its award-winning customer service program.
Auto-Agent, an automated website chatbot created to help hoteliers provide an elevated quality service 24/7, is already being utilized in hotels abroad. Powered by Triptease, a UK-based tech solutions company that empowers hotels to recapture guest relationships from Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and increase direct bookings. Guests can therefore expect immediate, high quality responses when chatting online, even when hotel staff are engaged or are not immediately available.
