- Queens from all over the world battle in new season of “Miss Q and A”
- Now open to Pinoy beshies from other continents
Aspiring queens all over the country and around the world will once again set viewers and netizens abuzz with their witty and powerful answers as “Miss Q and A” returns to “It’s Showtime” for its newest season.
Titled “InterTALAKtic 2019,” the competition now opens its doors to hopefuls not only from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, but also aspiring Filipino queens from other continents.
The competition also gets even tighter as new surprises and challenges test the candidates’ wit and grace, including the “Best in Chuk Chak” award worth P5,000, which goes to the contestant with the best and well-applauded introduction.
Another new round of the pageant, “IbiGAY Mo Na,” stretches the candidates’ abilities as they answer questions one by one. Whoever repeats or gives a wrong answer gets eliminated.
In “Beklaban,” the candidates entertain the madlang people with their poses. The winner of the round gets to read and choose the question she likes to answer and can use the power to her advantage.
Meanwhile, like in the previous season, the last two standing beshies will battle in “Beklamation,” where they will be judged by a panel of hurados.
Last Monday (August 20), Bobby Barientos of Baguio city reigned victorious and took home the crown, but was quickly dethroned by Kwangky Mae Florendo last Tuesday (August 21) and won another crown last Wednesday (August 22).
