It seems that cryptic Instagram Stories are becoming a thing for our celebrities. JM de Guzman recently shared a cryptic Instagram Story which he deleted right after. Netizens expressed their worry on the comments section in an Insta Scoop post from Fashion PULIS.
In the said Instagram Story, JM posted a screenshot of Eminem’s music video for the song, No Love where Lil Wayne rapped the words:
“Ok, you want me in a cage. Then I’ll come out in beast mode.”
Although JM never mentioned any names, many netizens speculated that the reason may be his father, Ronniel de Guzman. In the comments section of the scoop, netizens expressed their concern. One netizen speculated that JM may have started drinking again.
“Sa daddy niya. Although mali ang dad na nag post siya siguro umiinom ulit si JM. Natatakot siguro na baka grumabe ulit at baka araw arawin.”
Another netizen replied that Ronniel remains at fault in this issue.
“eto naman kasing tatay nia, namamahiya ng kaibigan ng anak. pag ganyan, pati si jm napapahiya.. hindi nagwwork yang ganyang style kasi nagagalit lang ung anak, lalong di makikinig”
One netizen also noted that sometimes bullying starts in our own homes from our own families. They shared their experience on the matter and encouraged people to pray for the issue.
Another netizen shared a message with JM, hoping he can read it. They shared that he needed to try to see the good in the world and then encouraged him to be the bigger and better person.
“Hi JM, I’m a fan and I hope you can read this. Whatever you are going through right now, keep in mind that we, your fans, friends and family are here for you and still believe in you. Try to always see the good in the world. Not all people are lucky to be given second or third chances. Remember this when you’re on the brink of trying to go back to your dark days. Rise above it all and be the bigger and better person.”
One netizen also shared that they think JM should stay out of showbiz as it may not be good for him. However, they do not agree on how JM’s father disagrees with him and cited two experiences.
“I think it would be better for him to stay out of showbiz for good, kahit na may mga true and well-meaning friends siya sa industriya na handa naman siya tulungan at masigurado na hindi siya ulit mapapariwara.
i mean hindi ako agree dun sa kung paano umaalma yung tatay nya sa socmed, pero kasi he’s had what, two harrowing experiences (the ones the public had witnessed) while being in the biz so medyo naiintindihan ko kung bakit sobrang paranoid na ng tatay niya, eh.”
Another netizen hoped that the Instagram Story is not in response to his father. They also noted that everyone in the family may need the healing process.
“I hope not toward the father. Di natin alam ang lahat ng mga ganap sa family nya but I hope na hindi ang mga ganap na yan sa past ang nagtulak sa kanya toward those bad habits. Baka naman aside from the rehab they all need the healing process.”
One netizen also noted what Ronniel may have done towards a member of Angelica Panganiban’s family.
“Ngayon ang dad naman nya ang tahimik sa ig stories..ilang araw/weeks na puro pasaring nya kay angge..tahimik lang yung isa…dun lang talaga sa post na okja sya nagreact.”
Another netizen speculated that Ronniel and JM may have had a fight causing the latter to post the Instagram Story.

One netizen also agreed that Ronniel did was such an offensive move.
“Tama lang naman kasi below the belt naman yung parinig na walang respect si Angel sa mom nya when obvious na love na love ni girl yung mom nya.”
In an earlier report, Angelica also posted an Instagram Story. The photo has a graphic of a mother and daughter with the quote, “Where you lead, I follow.” She wrote words of threats against someone who may have done something against a member of her family.
Angelica also calls her mother “Okja” as a term of endearment. In an Instagram Story, she wrote:
“Not my family, Not my Mother, Not my Okja. Never cross that line with me. Wag ako. Pumapatol ako kapag pamilya ko nasa usapan.”
Although Angelica never mentioned anybody, netizens started to think that JM de Guzman’s father, Ronniel de Guzman had something to do with it. Angelica and JM remain close friends. Ronniel allegedly posted a screenshot of Okja on his Instagram Story.
