Sometimes, it’s in the new things that we find what could possibly be a wonderful outcome. Fresh, yet undeniably easy-to-love pairing between Regal babies Janella Salvador and Jameson Blake are set to take on the big screen starting next week.
Rom-com “So Connected” follows the story of two teenagers who got linked because of a stolen phone.
According to the young actress, their team-up is admittedly a “gamble,” given that viewers are used to seeing her with on-screen partner Elmo Magalona. Despite that, Jameson was very comfortable to work with, she said.
“He’s very nice, actually. I have no problem working with him at all because sobrang light lang ng aura niya.
“Sobrang good vibes lang and masaya siya ka-work,” Janella expressed.
Same with his partner in the movie, Jameson quickly got a hang of their pairing. He shared that Janella has surprisingly a lot in common with him.
“We talked about stuff we’re both interested in.
“We just eventually started talking.
“And I was happy that she’s actually nice.”
A chemistry to look out for, that’s how we can describe Janella and Jameson’s partnership. This is why movie-goers and fans should not miss the adorable story of Karter Calma (Jameson) and Trisha Biscocho (Janella Salvador) as they embark on a journey to find each other and hopefully find what really “connects” them both.
“So Connected” also stars Paulo Angeles, Krystal Brimner, Cherise Castro, Ruby Rodriguez, Rolando Inocencio and is directed by the highly-respected Jason Paul Laxamana and will open in cinemas on May 23.
