This year, Twitter and MYX Music Channel (@MYXphilippines) has partnered to bring one of the biggest shows in the local music industry, the #MYXMusicAwards2018, to live-stream the red carpet event on May 15 at Araneta Coliseum. This is MYX’s first live stream event on Twitter.
To commemorate the historic event, Twitter also created a custom emoji. Only by using the #MYXMusicAwards2018 or #MMAs2018 hashtags in Tweet, you can see the unique emoji. This emoji will last through August 1st. The Twitterverse already started a pre-party on the platform, sharing their excitement and wishing luck on their idols.

MYX saw the opportunity to engage the Twitter community on the upcoming #MYXMusicAwards2018 to connect the music-loving Filipino audience.
