“A Family Story” will be Xian Lim and Jessy Mendiola’s first teleserye project together. Their pairing was first tested in 2010 “MMK” episode where Jessy portrayed the role of Ana Dela Cruz, a social climber from the province and Xian Lim as Mark Gomez, a good-looking but emotionally weak guy met on a ship to a city one April Fool’s Day.
Xian’s last project together with Kim Chiu was the hit movie “Bride for Rent” while Jessy’s last project was “Maria Mercedes” with Jake Cuenca and Jason Abalos. Do you think that Jessy-Xian pair will be a hit?
