Ethel Booba responded to Mocha Uson’s survey regarding the historic People Power Revolution in 1986. The EDSA People Power Revolution went down with history as it occurred from February 22 to 25 in 1986.
The people, then, protested against the dictatorship of the late Ferdinand Marcos.
For the commemoration of its 32nd year, Mocha took to Facebook to create a survey where she asked her millions of followers:
“Naniniwala ba kayo na ang 1986 EDSA PEOPLE POWER ay isang produkto ng FAKE NEWS?”
After 24 hours, 84% of her Facebook followers voted for yes and 16% of her followers voted for no.
Ethel slammed and threw major shade from the public official. She also created a survey and asked her Twitter followers:
“Naniniwala ba kayo na ang survey na ginawa para sa 1986 EDSA PEOPLE POWER ay isang produkto ng FAKE NEWS? Charot!”
After 24 hours, 72% of her followers voted for yes. However, 28% of her followers voted for no.
Many netizens also reacted on the said poll. One netizen wrote that Ethel may one of the reasons why Mocha doesn’t conduct polls on Twitter.
“There’s a reason kung bakit di na nagco-conduct ng poll si ateng Mocha Uson sa twitter. Nagmumukha siyang tanga e.”
One netizen acknowledged how disrespectful Mocha was in the said poll.
