Since 2006, Kapamilya actress Kim Chiu already performed various production numbers on Sunday concert-variety show “ASAP.” The 27-year old actress lost her balance while performing a dance number with fellow Kapamilya actress Yassi Pressman.
The incident happened last February 18 episode of the said weekend show. The Chinita Princess landed badly from a backward roll while leaning on flexible glass.
A netizen uploaded a video clip in social media showing the unserious accident, “Malaki yata talaga ang problema ng ‘ASAP’ kay Kim.”
A Twitter version of the same clip was captioned, “Dear ASAP, ano po bang ginawa sa inyo ni Kim Chiu at para ganituhin nyo po siya ulit?”
Prior to the video that went viral online, Kim already clarified that she is okay and assured to her fans that nothing to worry about.
Kim wrote on her tweet, “hi im ok… no worries.. hindi lang na angat yung glass sa right side kaya hindi na balance, but keri lang, im ok!!”
This is not the first time that Kim was involved in an inevitable production mishap on “ASAP.” One time was with actor Enchong Dee, who appeared to lost balance on Kim’s weight as he carried her during a production number.
Another was when Kim appeared to miss a landing after being positioned upside down on the back of a dancer.
Despite these instances, Kim will never be daunted but bold choreography where she continues to receive praises from viewers.
