- Rommel Padilla declares Daniel is a one-woman man.

Rommel Padilla admitted that Padilla brothers love women. However, he feels proud that his son, Daniel Padilla, remains loyal to his girlfriend, Kathryn Bernardo.
Daniel and Kathryn became onscreen partners then later became a couple. Although no one really knows when they became an official couple, they started to acknowledge that they are exclusive in 2017.
Rommel also stated that he didn’t want Daniel to experience what he went through when it comes to women.
“Ayoko naman na kung anong dinanas ng tatay, dapat danasin ng anak, especially when it comes to women. Kung ako maraming dumaang pag-ibig sa buhay ko, ako, hindi ko ina-advice sa kanya yun. Hangga’t maaari, isa lang makilala mong babae, isa lang babae na kasamahan mo sa buhay, perfect!”
He also shared an advice to Daniel when it comes to love. He urged Daniel to be true to Kathryn whenever.
“Hanggang silang dalawa ay nagmamahalan, tuloy lang. Be straight and true to each other. Yun lang naman ang sinasabi ko, especially kay DJ. Lagi naman niya sinasabi, ‘Iba ang pagka-Padilla ko’ dahil one-woman man siya.”
Rommel further stated that he became a witness of Kathryn and Daniel’s love story. In 2014, reports already suggest that Daniel and Kathryn started dating each other. Even though still unconfirmed, they only started letting people know that they are in a relationship in 2017.
Rommel added that the mothers, Min Bernardo and Karla Estrada, has a great bond with each other.
“Oo naman. Super Bal niya ‘yan, di ba? Si Kathryn, ganun din. Hindi lang sila. Pati si Min, si Karla, at pamilya, talagang sobra ang bonding.”
He continued that there would be times that he would bond with the young couple.
“Oo minsan, nagkakaroon naman ng pagkakataon. Kapag may mga shows, ganyan, konting kain-kain.”
He also shared that he thinks Kathryn may be The One for Daniel.
“I guess! Kasi kasasabi lang niya recently, di ba? Kakaiba yung nararamdaman niya kay Kathryn.”
