Mikee Quintos stars in an upcoming drama-fantasy series, Sirkus. However, she will also be a member of the cast in Sherlock Jr. as the voice of the four-year-old golden retriever, Serena. Mikee admitted that the production liked her voice as it suits Serena.
“Nagustuhan daw po nila ang pagka-jologs ng boses ko! Bagay daw kay Serena!”
Amid the busy schedules, Mikee liked the fact that she will only have to portray Serena through her voice.
“Natuwa naman ako kasi, at least puro voice lang ang gagawin ko for Sherlock Jr. Unlike sa Sirkus na ang taping namin ay sa bundok ng Rizal.”
Mikee and Mikoy Morales will play as twins in a world full of magic. Mikee and Kate Valdez both auditioned for the role of Mia in Sirkus. However, Mikee somewhat resembles Mikoy who will play as Miko.
“Mas malapit daw ang hitsura ko kay Mikoy kesa kay Kate. Mas mukha raw kaming kambal ni Mikoy. Pero no hard feelings between sa amin ni Kate dahil we both auditioned and very good friends kami talaga. Sinabi naman niya na she’s happy for me getting the role sa Sirkus.”
