In an interview with late-night talk show “Tonight With Boy Abunda,” Kapamilya actors Paulo Avelino and Aljur Abrenica were asked about the rumors circulating during their “StarStruck” days.
The two former Kapuso actor were being linked romantically for the time of the reality artista-search.
“Ayoko na sanang alalahanin yung mga pinagdaanan natin…,” Paulo said.
“Naka-move on na kami, e…,” Aljur added.
Paulo and Aljur were asked how they recovered from the malicious issue. Aljur said that they just laughed-off the issue before, “Meron ngang ganun, tinawanan lang namin ni Paulo yun, e.”
Paulo further explained that some misinterpreted him being gay for his being ‘malambot.’
“Sabi nila, medyo malambot daw ako, na mukhang totoo naman. Ayun, siguro naging close rin talaga lahat ng ka-batch namin sa StarStruck. At siguro na-misinterpret lang yun,” he shared.
