Veteran actor Robin Padilla left a fearless message to all anti-federalism politicians, especially LP members. The 48-year old former matinee idol recounted the war against terrorism on his latest Instagram post.
Robin preferred federalism rather than a unitary government that existed for almost a hundred years now.
“A destroyed ISIS reinforcement boat. More than 10 terrorists were killed on this spot …. yes they are now long dead and gone but their IDEOLOGY is very much alive………,” he recounted about the terrorism war.
“Holidays are over dearest countrymen time to face reality now….. Our only ally against this foreign doctrine is Federalism 👊🏻🙏 100 years of Unitary form of Government has brought this international threat to us and to our freedom. Only the Oligarchs and politicians benefited from Imperial Manila never the People in the far provinces ….. and now they are at their breaking point…..,” he continued.
On the comment section, a netizen applauded the former action star for being relevant and fearless about national issues and hoped that Liberal Party (LP) member could read his social media post.
“Sir, sana po mabasa at makita eto ng mga Liberal Party senators na sina Kiko Pangilinan, Franklin Drilon, Bam Aquino at Rissa Hontiveros. Kung ano ano na naman ang sinasabi nila tungkol sa federalism,” the netizen wrote.
Robin replied, “send all LP politicians to the battle ground.”
“All that are against federalism send them all to the battle fronts,” he fearlessly added.
LP members are known for being against federalism which the current government is proposing that started last year.
