Social media personality and self-proclaimed “Pambansang Marites” Xian Gaza stirred the online grapevine anew after claiming that DJ Jellie Aw and her ex-fiancé Jam Ignacio have rekindled their relationship.
In a Facebook post on April 24, Xian hinted at the rumored reconciliation without explicitly naming names but making it obvious who he meant.
“BREAKING NEWS: Ex ni Karla Estrada at DJ na binugbog nito, nagkabalikan na!” he wrote, adding humorously, “YES EATS KOMPIRMD 99.9%. Yung 0.01% eh yung germs na hindi mapatay ng Safeguard.”
Gaza even joked about a possible “rematch” in Japan and claimed that the two would likely not admit to their reconciliation out of embarrassment.
To recall, Jam Ignacio and Jellie Aw made headlines last February 12 after Jellie publicly accused Jam of physical assault during an altercation inside a vehicle.
“HAPPY VALENTINES? Taena mo Jam Ignacio mapapatay moko wala akong ginawang masama para ganituhin moko halos mamatay ako sa ginawa mo! papalukong kita!” she posted on Facebook at the time.
Jellie subsequently filed a complaint against Jam at the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), citing jealousy as the root cause of the assault.
“Sobrang seloso po kasi. Kahit maliit na bagay, talagang pinapalaki niya,” she shared in an interview.
At the time, Jellie stated that while she had forgiven Jam internally, she could not forget nor excuse the harm done.
Following Xian’s explosive post, Jellie indirectly responded by resharing his post on her own Facebook page, writing:
“Ay tlga ba? Wala na ba ma content?”
Many netizens, concerned for Jellie’s safety, urged her not to reconcile with Jam, fearing a repeat of the past violence.
As of this writing, neither Jellie Aw nor Jam Ignacio has issued an official confirmation regarding the status of their relationship.
