A new gastronomic hotspot has arrived at Araneta City’s Gateway Mall 2, offering a luxury dining experience with flavors from around the world.

World Kitchens, a 2,500-square-meter food hall, houses 15 show kitchens, each operated by world-class chefs specializing in their native cuisines. The innovative dining concept was brought to life by Singaporean food and beverage expert Andrew Tan Hock Lai, renowned for developing over 65 restaurant concepts worldwide.
World Kitchens provides an immersive culinary journey, offering over 250 unique dishes representing Asia and Europe, including specialties from the Philippines, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, India, Spain, and Italy.
Each of World Kitchens’ show kitchens is helmed by an internationally acclaimed chef, ensuring authenticity and quality in every dish. Some of the highlights include:
Chef Jessie Sincioco (Philippines) – Known for preparing meals for Pope Francis, Chef Jessie offers a refined menu blending international techniques with Filipino flavors, including her award-winning sisig.

Chef Steve Ma (Hong Kong) – Elevates Cantonese cuisine at HK Ma’s Bistro, featuring Sous Vide Iberico Char Siew and Charcoal-Grilled Squid.

Chef Masaki Watanabe (Japan) – Also known as the “Tuna King,” Chef Watanabe showcases his expertise at Kuro Maguro, serving premium bluefin tuna dishes and traditional Unagi Hitsumabushi.

Chef Dario Bonaccorso (Italy) – Brings the essence of Italy to Manila with handcrafted pizzas, calzones, and pasta at Dario Pizza & More.

Chef Rajan Veeranan (India) – Introduces the bold flavors of Indian spices with specialties like Butter Chicken Masala at Prana.

Chef Gale Tan Sun (Spain) – Fires up an open-pit Spanish grill at Asador de Manila, serving Paella Negra and Lechón Asado.

World Kitchens integrates cutting-edge AI technology into its dining experience. Each table is equipped with a QR code, allowing guests to browse menus, place orders, and make cashless payments seamlessly—ensuring efficiency while eliminating long wait times.
Despite its five-star ambiance and renowned chefs, World Kitchens ensures affordable pricing, making gourmet dining accessible to everyone. Whether you’re craving Japanese ramen, Italian pizza, or Spanish tapas, there’s something for every palate.
Currently, eight of the 15 kitchens are operational, with the remaining seven set to open soon, including Chef Fung’s Cantonese delicacies and Shinshima’s elevated teppanyaki experience.
