The selection process, led by Great Place To Work®, is highly competitive and grounded in rigorous analytics and confidential employee feedback. To qualify, companies must first be Great Place To Work Certified™ and achieve a minimum score of 65% on the Trust Index© Survey—a globally recognized benchmark for workplace excellence.
The Great Place To Work® awards evening revolved around the theme “Change Happens Here,” highlighting workplaces that continue to empower employees and prioritize human connection, even in technological advancements.
This year, nearly 500,000 employees participated in the survey, representing 750,000 voices across the Philippines. Takeda Healthcare Philippines, Inc. stands out, with an impressive 97% of its employees stating that it is a great place to work which is far exceeding the 65% average for a typical company in the Philippines.
