Eugene Domingo gave new hope to JB Bangcaya when she pressed the Golden Buzzer after being amazed by the blazing fire-balancing act of the Muntinlupa native last Saturday (April 12).
JB left the judges speechless after he made the fiery discarded wheels the centerpiece of his performance and balanced them using his hands and feet. He ended his performance by placing fireworks in his head and doing fire dancing tricks.
Eugene believed JB deserved to go straight to the live semis as she saw the true Filipino character in him, giving his all amidst the scars and burns he endured to showcase his talent.
Donny shared how he is waiting to see this kind of act as a judge of “PGT.” Meanwhile, FMG revealed that it was his first time seeing this act. Kathryn said she was proud to be a Filipino after seeing him perform. She also assured him that his parents were proud of him.
The Golden Buzzer is a special privilege given to the four judges and the hosts, allowing them to send an act straight to the live semifinals. Each judge and the hosts can only use it once throughout the auditions. Currently, there are only three Golden Buzzers left for the auditionees.
