Donny Pangilinan is officially the newest celebrity to enter the ‘Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition’ house as a special guest!
The announcement was made on Sunday, with ‘PBB’ unveiling a poster of the Kapamilya star, introducing him as the “messenger” who will deliver a surprise to the housemates.
“Siya ang messenger na may hatid na sorpresa sa mga Housemates! Ngunit, ano kaya ang sorpresa na naghihintay sa mga Housemates?” read the caption of the reveal.
Before stepping inside Kuya’s house, Donny had a quick interview with Star Magic, shared via their Instagram account.
“Ako, excited lang ako. I don’t know what to expect, which is a good thing. But for the most part, sana mas makilala ko ang mga housemates, at mas makilala ko ang sarili ko,” Donny shared.
He added, “The good thing about this is, hindi siya scripted. Sabi lang nila, anything goes, so ‘yun ‘yung ineexpect ko — anything unexpected.”
Prior to entering, Donny was also seen meeting with ABS-CBN’s COO for Broadcast Cory Vidanes and Head of TV Production Laurenti Dyogi, underscoring the importance of his guest appearance.

Donny joins an exciting roster of previous celebrity house guests this season, including BINI’s Jhoanna and Stacey, Michelle Dee, Gabbi Garcia, Ivana Alawi, Mavy Legaspi, and Kim Ji Soo. Sanya Lopez, Kim Chiu, and Paulo Avelino have also visited the house to surprise the housemates.
Meanwhile, the duo of Michael Sager and Emilio Daez were the latest evictees from the show after their exit on Saturday. Earlier in the season, Ashley Ortega and AC Bonifacio were the first to leave, followed by Charlie Fleming and Kira Balinger.
‘Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition’ airs new episodes on GMA Network at 10 p.m. on weekdays and at 6:15 p.m. on weekends.
