Viva One continues its streak of digital success with the upcoming release of ‘Avenues of the Diamond’, the fourth installment in Gwy Saludes’ hit University Series based on the beloved Wattpad novels.
Premiering on April 11, 2025, the series is directed by Gino Santos, who also helmed ‘Safe Skies, Archer’.
Following the popularity of ‘The Rain in España’, ‘Safe Skies’, ‘Archer’, and ‘Chasing in the Wild’, this new chapter promises romance, emotional growth, and the complicated path to love.
‘Avenues of the Diamon’d introduces a fresh pairing in Aubrey Caraan and Lance Carr. Aubrey, known for her vocal prowess and acting credits in ‘Indak’, ‘Kalye Kweens’, and ‘Nanay, Tatay’, plays Samantha, a bright and bubbly Communication student from Ateneo de Manila University. Beneath her cheerful demeanor is a woman guarded by emotional scars and a yearning to escape a toxic home life.
In a desperate bid for freedom, Sam agrees to an arranged marriage.
Enter Clyden, portrayed by ‘Pinoy Big Brother: Otso’ alum Lance Carr, a responsible and brilliant medicine student from the University of the Philippines. He’s the obedient son—always living up to his parents’ high expectations. Clyden has no intention of honoring the marriage arrangement with Sam, whom he initially despises due to her father’s corrupt political reputation.
Forced to live under one roof in the lead-up to their wedding, Samantha and Clyden are off to a rocky start. But as time passes, tensions give way to understanding, and what started as a marriage of convenience slowly blooms into something genuine. Still, family issues and personal ambitions threaten to tear them apart, prompting the ultimate question: will they fight for love?

Veteran actress Claudine Barretto joins the cast, playing Sam’s mother, with Bobby Andrews as her father. Rising star Abby Bautista plays Naomi, Samantha’s half-sister.
With Gino Santos at the helm again, ‘Avenues of the Diamond’ is set to be another heartfelt chapter in Viva’s growing collection of digital love stories.
