While her stint was filled with memorable highlights, not all moments won the hearts of netizens. Despite this, Bonifacio stood firm, expressing that she harbors no regrets about her time as a housemate.
When asked if she had any regrets from her experience, the actress-dancer responded with a resolute “No.” She elaborated, “Sa loob ng bahay wala akong regrets, everything that happened [there], happened for a reason, and everything that I was able to solve, was also solved inside the house.” Bonifacio was likely referring to a publicized rift with fellow housemate Bianca de Vera, which, she noted, was resolved before her exit from the house.
Bonifacio’s time in the PBB house wasn’t without controversy. Some netizens labeled her an “instigator” of drama, with a few even attributing her and Ashley Ortega’s eventual eviction to a dip in public votes tied to these perceptions. Addressing the speculation, Bonifacio remained unfazed, emphasizing that she wouldn’t change a thing about her actions or words. “I don’t wish that I went back and said things differently,” she said, acknowledging the gap between the audience’s perspective and the reality housemates experience inside the house.
Instead of dwelling on criticism, Bonifacio chose to focus on the positives. “Regrets, wala po. I made good, good, good connections that I would bring out here, outside the house,” she reiterated, highlighting the meaningful relationships she forged during her stay.
